- Quality Lab – ISO certified gage calibration specialist and complete NDT testing capabilities in house.
- Production and prototype hydraulic cylinders are 100 % pressure tested after assembly per customer test requirements.
- Test stand oil is maintained to meet ISO 4406 minimum17/14 cleanliness standards.
- Each hydraulic cylinder must pass pressure and leak testing and is then date coded, providing positive identification and product traceability prior to customer shipment.
