Hydraulic Technologies is an ISO 9001:2008 certified division of Ligon Hydraulic Cylinder Group located in an expansive 300,000 sq. ft. facility in central Ohio. We offer advanced manufacturing technologies capable of meeting all of your custom-welded hydraulic cylinder requirements.
- Our vertically integrated processes include high speed rod and tube machines, CNC machining centers as well as friction, inertia and robotic welding capabilities. Hydraulic Technologies also maintains multiple 5000 PSI rated test benches and two urethane paint lines. All of our manufacturing processes are organized to increase large and small volume throughput, creating efficiency that gives our customers high-quality hydraulic cylinders with shorter lead times at a competitive price.
- Our solution-oriented approach at Hydraulic Technologies begins with an experienced engineering staff, capable of developing the right hydraulic cylinder to meet your specific application requirements. Our engineers at Hydraulic Technologies will work with you on site to gather data detailing your application requirements validate design parameters and then will complete a preliminary design using solid modeling software for your approval.
- Customer service starts with “on time” deliveries at Hydraulic Technologies. We work with each of our customers to make their job easier by providing timely product support and flexible cylinder scheduling to meet any production requirement. We can lower your costs by reducing inventory requirements through JIT, KANBAN, safety stock or EDI order management.
- Located in Galion, Ohio, Hydraulic Technologies is centrally located for shipments anywhere in the United States. Customers located in the Eastern region of the U.S. have the advantage of reduced cylinder delivery costs. A delivery time of 1-2 days is standard to almost all surrounding points.
