Maintenance Electronics Technician

HTI Hydraulic Technologies, LLC., is also looking for employees with the following skills:

  • Assembly
    Assemble and test hydraulic cylinders of various specifications utilizing air tools, all hand tools and torque wrenches.
  • Machinist
    Set up and operate CNC Machining Centers, Skive/Burnisher, Hones, or CNC Lathes.  Operate within close tolerances.  Ability to perform setups, read and interpret blueprint, read measuring instruments, and process sheets specific to appropriate operation.
  • Welders
    Set up and operate automated weld machines, i.e. Peck Welder, Jet Line and Sub arc.  Also responsible to perform manual welding (MIG, TIG - flat and horizontal positions).
  • Painters
    Operate a conventional spray paint system to apply a finish paint job.  Ability to mix paint to the appropriate specifications and viscosity, perform temperature readings.

These positions require the following:
    Quality awareness
    Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment
    Pre-employment drug screen and physical
