HTI Hydraulic Technologies, LLC, a Ligon Company, a manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders, has an immediate need for experienced MAINTENANCE ELECTRONIC TECHNICIANS.
 

  • Responsibilities include:
    Troubleshooting and repairing PLC, CNC, NC, Controls and machine centers.
    Troubleshooting and performs PM maintenance, repair, install, ordering parts, and help with MRO. Help with generating and maintaining machine tool history files.
     
  • Abilities:
    Perform electronic troubleshooting.
    Read schematics Ladder and logic.
    Read blueprints and schematics for, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic
    Fabricate parts, repair circuit boards,
    Use all types of electronic test equipment, meter, and maintenance software
     
  • Knowledge:
    CNC, NC, PLC, Industrial Electronic, 3-Phase 480-Volts, Single-Phase, A-C & D-C Drives systems, Power supply, Industrial sensors, Motors, over head cranes, hydraulic sys, welding equipment, and other requirement of HTI.
     
  • Tools Required:
    Hand tools, meters, and tools necessary to perform this position of maintenance technician.
     
  • Experience Required:
    8 years in maintenance, or schooling of this class.
     
  • Education:
    Minimum high school education, and knowledge of industrial electronic.
